What data we collect
We collect name, email, phone number, and booking details (date, time, services) when you use our booking service. Masters also provide profile information (name, photo, bio, business details).
Why we collect it
We use this data to provide the online booking service: to confirm appointments, send reminders, and allow masters to manage their calendar and clients.
Legal basis
We process your data for contract performance (providing the booking service) and, where applicable, legitimate interest (improving our service, security). We do not sell your data.
Third-party processors
We use Supabase (EU) for database and authentication, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare Turnstile for security, and Vercel for hosting and analytics. Each processor is bound by data processing agreements.
Data retention
For active accounts we retain data for as long as the account exists. After account deletion, we purge your data within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. You may withdraw consent or object to processing where applicable. You can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Cookies
We use minimal cookies: session cookies for authentication and a preference cookie for theme (light/dark). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
