Service description
Eigin is an online booking platform for beauty and wellness professionals. Masters can manage their schedule, services, and clients; clients can book appointments without creating an account.
Account registration
Masters create an account to use the platform. Clients may book with a master without registering; their contact details are stored in connection with the booking.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for spam, abuse, or illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
Eigin owns the platform and its branding. You retain ownership of your content and data (profile, services, client information).
Service availability
We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a specific uptime or SLA.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
